Workers Compensation Claims
If you have been injured on a jobsite and have a claim, a referral for acupunture from your primary care physician or the attending doctor should allow us to appeal for an initial 6 visits. Please fill out the New Patient Forms and the appropriate workers compensation forms.

Standard Option R104/105 have 80% coverage for 24 visits per year.

Medicare / Medicaid
Currently Acupunture is not covered by Medicare/Medicaid. Please contact your local congress person and ask them to co-sponsor HR1479 (the Federal Acupuncture Coverage Act).
